Indeed we offer it both as part of our full M&A and MBO packages - but also as a standalone service.

MBO/MBI Due Diligence

Equity Funding assessments of MBO and MBI deals does not always include a Due Diligence process - which we believe should be addressed.

Whilst the pitch process allows a personal assessment of the management team and the formal paperwork establishes the deal in prospect - an independent Due Diligence analysis of the business in operation can provide an essential insight into its strengths and weaknesses.

This in turn offers a platform for establishing an action plan to aid in enhancing future growth.

M & A Due Diligence
 

Timely Due Diligence in any M & A (or commercial partnering scenario) can identify key information for formulating the deal and creating an implementation framework - or indeed save time and effort in negotiating a deal that ultimately proves unworkable.
