For our consultancy services in general, establishing the goals to be met creates the foundation for our relationship and our commitment to delivery is reflected in the structure of financial arrangements.

Where M&A is concerned, the result is paramount; we work on the basis of fees being payable on completion of your deal.

Collaberative Partnerships
 

In all of our relationships we are dealing with critical situations and often ones within which the personal interests are high. For that reason, we enter into agreements on the basis that we are working in partnership with you to achieve your objectives.

We view this as fundamental to working with you - essentially because in these scenarios the best outcomes are achieved in a situation where all the cards are on the table. In our experience, deals fall through primarily because some element of the deal has either not been clarified or has been misrepresented at an earlier stage - we need to trust that we can reach the Due Diligence stage having delivered a complete and comprehensive picture.
